Here are the tags that I attach to my items when they are ready to sell. They are printed on pretty cardstock (the backside has the design on it). After cutting them all out by hand, I punch holes in the tops and put them in a jar (recycled jelly jars work great!) where they wait to be put on a toy, or sweater, etc.
